Registration Fee

Admission:

• $57 per guest (payment by Zelle to CAVADentists@gmail.com – no processing fee)
• $60 per guest (payment by credit card or PayPal – includes a $3 processing fee)

Admission includes: a six-course dinner, tax, 18% gratuity, and the evening program (karaoke).

 Seating is limited, so please RSVP early to reserve your place.

Dental Student Registration

Complimentary admission is available to a limited number of eligible UCLA and USC dental students through our partnership with the Vietnamese Dental Student Associations (VDSA). The number of complimentary student seats is made possible through the generous support of CAVAD sponsors and donors. Registration is coordinated by each school’s Student Engagement Coordinator. Please contact your school’s Student Engagement Coordinator for registration information.
